About the Technical Program Committee – Scholars Forum

The Scholars Forum Technical Program Committee is responsible for organizing the academic structure of conferences by ensuring that sessions, topics, and research tracks are well-aligned with current developments. The committee includes experienced professionals who contribute to building effective and well-balanced technical programs.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design conference sessions to ensure structured flow and academic relevance across all tracks.
  • Review submissions to determine their suitability for specific sessions and program categories.
  • Contribute to identifying research themes and emerging topics for technical sessions.
  • Support agenda development by aligning sessions with current academic and research trends.
  • Recommend reviewers, speakers, and session chairs based on subject expertise.
  • Ensure all selected content meets technical standards and academic expectations.
  • Assist in improving the overall structure and effectiveness of conference programs.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Hold a PhD or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical or research discipline.
  • Have experience in research, academic activities, or program structuring.
  • Possess a good record of publications in peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
  • Be actively involved in research, innovation, or academic development.
  • Demonstrate the ability to evaluate research alignment with session themes.
  • Show commitment to maintaining academic quality and structured program planning.
