Dr. Walida Ounruean is a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Education, Uttaradit Rajabhat University, Thailand. She holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction from Naresuan University (2021), a Master of Science in Applied Physics from Naresuan University (2007), and a Bachelor of Education from Rajabhat Institute Uttaradit (2003).
Her research focuses on curriculum and instruction, STEM education, differentiated instruction, collaborative learning, and creative thinking development. Dr. Ounruean has published multiple peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers, including in The Journal of Research and Academics, MCU Ubonratchathani Journal of Buddhist Studies, and Technoarete Transactions on Application of ICT in Education (TTAICTE).

Prof. Dr. Alexander Bull is a German academic and business professional specializing in project management, controlling, and digital transformation. Since 2021, he has served as Professor of Business Administration at the IU International University of Applied Sciences in Germany, where he lectures on project management, controlling, general management, human resources, and IT. He is also Head of Global Process & Program Management at SIMONA AG, overseeing global process standardization, digitalization initiatives (including SAP S/4HANA implementation), and international change projects. Previously, he held executive roles such as Chief Financial Officer at GSM Training & Integration GmbH and Commercial Head of the Program Management Office at Leopold Kostal GmbH & Co. KG, managing large-scale projects exceeding €100 million.
Prof. Dr. Bull is an active member of the International Project Management Association (IPMA) and a delegate of the German Project Management Organization. He serves as a reviewer for the International Journal: Organization, Technology and Management in Construction and has contributed to numerous international conferences, including the ICMEET, PM Forum, and Future Congress (2024).
He earned his Ph.D. (Dr. rer. pol.) in Corporate Governance and Supervisory Boards from the University of Hagen (2014) and holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree (equivalent to MBA) from the University of Hamburg (2009), with an exchange semester at the University of Gent, Belgium. His professional qualifications include Six Sigma and Supervisory Board Certification (German Institute of Directors).

Pushpalika Chatterjee is an accomplished Engineering Manager with over 15 years of experience in software development, enterprise data platforms, and AI/ML solutions within the banking, payments, and financial services sectors. She currently leads engineering teams at Huntington National Bank, driving innovations in real-time payments (RTP), FedNow integration, and merchant services through cloud-native and AI-enabled architectures.
Her expertise spans AI-driven fraud detection, predictive analytics, and enterprise data warehousing (EDW) modernization using technologies such as Kafka, Spark, GCP Dataproc, and Airflow. Prior to joining Huntington, Pushpalika managed global payments and data modernization initiatives at U.S. Bank and Global Payments, contributing to Open Banking and ML-based anomaly detection systems.
Earlier in her career, she played a pivotal role at Equifax in building large-scale data fabric platforms and integrating machine learning into enterprise data ecosystems. Pushpalika holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication (GPA 8.11) and multiple professional certifications, including PMP, CSM, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and Azure Fundamentals.
Recognized for her leadership and innovation, she received the Bronze Shield Award (2023) for her contributions to Payments Innovation. Her current interests focus on leveraging AI and generative technologies to enhance payment systems, fraud detection, and intelligent automation.

Professor Hiroko Oe is a distinguished scholar with extensive experience in both Japanese and British higher education. She currently serves as Professor at the Graduate School of Business Design, Josai International University, Japan, and has previously held an academic appointment as Principal Academic at Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom.
Her research explores the intersection of social welfare, healthcare education, and Japanese culture, with a particular focus on the concepts of ikigai (a sense of purpose) and healing. Professor Oe’s work emphasizes integrating Eastern wisdom and Western values, promoting cultural understanding and behavioral change in social and educational contexts.
She holds a Ph.D. in Information Communications from Waseda University, a Master’s in Regulation from the London School of Economics (LSE), and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Tokyo. Her academic expertise spans both quantitative and qualitative research, and she is widely recognized for her efforts in fostering international collaboration and cross-cultural dialogue in higher education.

Dr. Puneet Bhattacharya is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Education at Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Neurocognition, Karate, and Yoga from Visva Bharati University (2024). With over 17 years of experience in karate, Dr. Bhattacharya has earned his 4th Dan JKA Karate Diploma and has represented India at various karate camps and tournaments. His academic expertise includes physical education, yoga, martial arts, and neurocognitive research. He has published numerous articles on the effects of physical activity on mental health, martial arts, and neurocognitive physiology. Dr. Bhattacharya has also conducted workshops on self-defense and empowerment, contributing significantly to the field of physical education and sports science.

Prof. Dr. Salah Balaky holds a PhD in Molecular Microbiology from Durham University, UK (2011). He has an MSc in Microbiology (2000) and a BSc in Microbiology (1997) from the University of Salahaddin. Prof. Balaky has served as the Head of the Medical Microbiology Department at Hawler Medical University from 2018 to 2023 and as the Director of the Career Development Center at the same institution from 2016 to 2021. He has taught various subjects, including Molecular Microbiology, Medical Bacteriology, and Antimicrobial Agents. His research focuses on biosensing technologies and CRISPR/Cas systems for pathogen detection.
