Participation Guidelines

Scholars Forum invites academicians, researchers, scholars, and professionals from diverse academic disciplines to participate as speakers at its conferences and academic gatherings. These speaker sessions are designed to encourage the exchange of research knowledge, innovative ideas, and professional experiences among participants from universities, research institutions, and industry organizations around the world.
By participating as a speaker, experts can present their work, highlight emerging developments in their field, and contribute to meaningful academic discussions.

Speaker Eligibility

You may apply to become a speaker if you:

Are a faculty member, researcher, postgraduate scholar, or industry professional
Possess expertise in a relevant academic or professional discipline
Hold a postgraduate qualification such as M.Tech, MBA, M.Sc., MA, or equivalent
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective communication skills
Have interest in presenting research findings, innovations, or professional insights
Previous conference speaking experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
We welcome first-time conference speakers and seasoned presenters alike. What matters most is your expertise and passion for your field.
Role of Speakers &
Expectations from Selected Speakers
Speakers selected for the conference will:
Deliver a 10–15 minute presentation during the assigned session
Present research findings, case studies, or professional insights
Participate in interactive discussions and Q&A sessions
Contribute to academic knowledge exchange during the conference
Once selected, speakers are expected to:
Submit a short abstract or presentation summary for evaluation
Provide presentation slides and a brief speaker profile within the specified timeline
Ensure that the submitted content is original and academically appropriate
Follow the conference schedule and presentation instructions shared by the organizing committee
Attend a technical briefing session if the presentation is conducted virtually
